We pack every order with care and wrap baked goods to arrive fresh. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking link when your parcel goes out.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £25. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
If your baked goods arrive damaged or you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
If a recipe or ingredient guide arrives with any issues, just let us know right away and we'll send you a replacement or fix straight away.
